I have made this recipe several times before and it can be found here. It’s a Hummingbird Bakery cupcake recipe from their Cake Days book and always a delicious flavour for Christmas.
I used a wide paint brush and dipped it into the red food colouring paste and carefully painted 3 lines on the inside of the piping bag before putting the buttercream in, the first ones always end up a bit dark, but the rest have a lovely red swirl in them. I then used some red and white tiny balls to sprinkle over the top too. Very festive!
