I keep buying Terry’s Chocolate Oranges to make this recipe, but then we end up eating them and I have to buy more! Chocolate orange is one of my favourite flavours, so I was very excited to see this recipe in Decembers Sainsbury’s magazine, a great recipe to make with the girls too. I love the idea of popping some gingerbread men into some rocky road, such a fun idea! I made a big batch of gingerbread the other day, so have been using it to make various things including the gingerbread men for this rocky road, it’s so Christmassy and makes the house smell amazing when it’s baking.
