I keep buying Terry’s Chocolate Oranges to make this recipe, but then we end up eating them and I have to buy more! Chocolate orange is one of my favourite flavours, so I was very excited to see this recipe in Decembers Sainsbury’s magazine, a great recipe to make with the girls too. Click here to try it out, it’s definitely worth it!

I made a bit of an error with the recipe and instead of saving 18 segments to decorate, I ended up just adding all the chocolate to the pan and melting it. But actually it didn’t really matter, I had lots of other sprinkles to put on top instead.

Ingredients
3 x 157g packs of Terry’s Milk Chocolate Orange
100g salted butter
300 g marshmallows
200g rice crispies
Grease and lime a tray bake tin, 30 cm x 20 cm with butter and baking paper. Separate the chocolate oranges into segments, setting aside the best 18 segments for the top.
Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the marshmallows and rest of the chocolate pieces and cook until a smooth glossy sauce.
Mix in the rice crispies until coated evenly. Tip into the prepared tin, it will be very sticky. Work quickly with the mixture while it is still warm, press into the tin and press the remaining 8 segments (or other sprinkles) into the top and set aside to cool. Cut into 18 bars.
