One of our favourite treats for breakfast at the weekend are homemade cinnamon buns! I’ve tried quite a few different recipes and spotted this Christmas version so thought I’d give it a go for breakfast this weekend. The recipe was nice and easy to make, I opted for making them in the Christmas muffin cases, but probably wouldn’t use them again for bread as they stuck quite a bit at the bottom. I also made a cream cheese icing for the top using full fat cream cheese, icing sugar and some orange zest.
They were absolutely delicious and definitely a recipe we’ll be making again!
