
One of our favourite treats for breakfast at the weekend are homemade cinnamon buns! I’ve tried quite a few different recipes and spotted this Christmas version so thought I’d give it a go for breakfast this weekend. I have a huge jar of homemade mincemeat in the cupboard still, so this was perfect for using some of it up. Click here to read more.

The recipe was nice and easy to make, I opted for making them in the Christmas muffin cases, but probably wouldn’t use them again for bread as they stuck quite a bit at the bottom. I also made a cream cheese icing for the top using full fat cream cheese, icing sugar and some orange zest.

They were absolutely delicious and definitely a recipe we’ll be making again!
