I came across photos of another old cake the other day too, this is the cake I made for our joint NCT first Birthday party. Can’t quite believe this was 6 years ago and recently all our littles ones have been turning 7, time flies! Keep reading to see some more photos.
I personalised the cake by making a hot air balloon for each child with their name on the basket. I made little birds and flowers to fit with the colour theme. I think I also cut the clouds by hand which I remember taking a while. The spotty ribbon around the board really finishes the cake off. A super cute first Birthday cake!
