
I’m a bit behind with the challenges this year, October and November are always so busy with both the girls Birthdays and Rich’s Birthday too, so I have been busy making 3 Birthday cakes instead. But the other weekend I did manage to squeeze in making a smaller version of the banoffee pie. Click here to see how I got on.

The recipe can be found here. Chloe helped cut the bananas and put them on top of the caramel. She really enjoyed laying them all out. The caramel set really nicely so it was nice and easy to put the bananas on without it being too squishy.

I piped the cream and Chloe helped grate some of the chocolate over the top. Neither of the girls are keen on bananas but they both absolutely loved the banoffee pie, it was absolutely delicious!
