I didn’t get round to uploading any photos of last years ginger bread house but anyone that’s been to our house in the last year will have seen it! It’s been on the sideboard as a permanent feature all year! There’s no chance we’ll eat it now, but it makes a great Christmas decoration and having had baby Chloe just three weeks ago there certainly won’t be time to make one this year! This year I really wanted to practise my piping skills, so I decided that rather than making a conventional gingerbread house I would take my inspiration from Eastern Europe.
