Last week’s Bake Off final certainly didn’t disappoint! It was so close I really wasn’t sure who was going to win. Rich was very pleased that the technical was something he really likes, so we were looking forward to making these! The girls also love any kind of sweet bread buns, so I knew these would go down well. Click here to see how we got on.
Chloe was my little helper this week as I made these on Friday ready for the weekend. The recipe can be found here. We make a lot of cinnamon buns, so these were really similar, just a bit flatter than a normal cinnamon bun.
Everything went to plan and they looked and smelt amazing. They were gorgeously soft, slightly chewy, sticky and sweet, absolutely perfect! One each definitely wasn’t enough! Now time for some Christmas baking!
