Rich absolutely loves ice cream, so for his Birthday last year I decided to have a go at a melted ice cream drip cake. Not my usual style of cake, but I bought a special scraper to make striped in buttercream and had never used it, so thought this was a good opportunity to give it a go. It was my Birthday last week and I can’t think of a better way to spend the day than baking myself a cake! I don’t often get to bake exactly what I want, the cakes I usually do are for customers, so it’s really enjoyable to find a new recipe and experiment with some new designs.
