I still have a big backlog of cakes and bakes that I have made that I haven’t uploaded on our website yet, so over the next few weeks I’ll try and add some of these, especially as I’m not getting enough time to do much baking at the moment. I created this Harry Potter Birthday cake for one of Rich’s friends at work and really enjoyed making it – I can’t wait to read the books again when the girls are a bit older! I’ve had a short break from making cakes since Christmas – partly because I haven’t had any to make (not that that usually stops me!) and partly because I’ve been busy at work so haven’t had much time. Luckily though, to end the cake drought, I got a message from Una asking if I could make her Harry Potter themed cake. Tap here and say “I solemnly swear I am up to no good”…
