I can’t believe this series of Bake Off is almost over, we’ve really enjoyed it once again and loved trying the technical challenges each week. There has only been one savoury bake this year, and with both girls Birthdays and Rich’s Birthday too, we have eaten a lot of cake over the last couple of months! It was Emily’s 8th Birthday a couple of weeks ago and this year she decided she wanted a Welsh rugby ball cake. She also wanted the Bake Off chocolate fudge cake as it was so yummy, so I managed to reshape the left over huge cake from week 1 of the Bake Off and turn it into rugby ball. Perfect!
