Last year before Christmas I made some cute little penguins to go on top of cupcakes. They were pretty quick to make so given I only had an hour left before I wanted to go to bed last night, and I had 11 undecorated cupcakes, I decided to try making some robins in the same way! I always start thinking about what I want to bake for Christmas months in advance and then come up with a list way too long and completely unachievable. So it’s probably a bit late to actually make a Christmas cake (I made mine about 6 weeks ago and it’s been injected with brandy once a week since then!) and maybe even too late to decorate it.
