I’ve always wanted to have a go at making fondant fancies and a few weeks ago it was my friend Karen’s 30th Birthday and all the food for the party was kids party themed, so this was the perfect opportunity to give them a go. I definitely need a lot more practise as they aren’t the easiest thing to make, but I had a bit of fun trying them out.
