A few weeks ago we had friends to stay for the weekend, I was hoping that the technical challenge would be something suitable for dessert on Saturday night so I was very pleased when we watched episode 4 to see that it would be the perfect pudding!

I’m a bit behind with the challenges this year, October and November are always so busy with both the girls Birthdays and Rich’s Birthday too, so I have been busy making 3 Birthday cakes instead. When they first made filo pastry on the bake off as a technical, I had a go and I remembered saying next time I would buy the pastry as it was so time consuming!
