I love the idea of popping some gingerbread men into some rocky road, such a fun idea! I made a big batch of gingerbread the other day, so have been using it to make various things including the gingerbread men for this rocky road, it’s so Christmassy and makes the house smell amazing when it’s baking. I can’t believe there are only 10 days till Christmas, I’m not sure where the time has gone! Finally getting round to doing some Christmas baking and really enjoying trying out some new recipes. I volunteered to make some Christmas cupcakes for Emily’s Rainbow’s group for their final session of the year as they were having a Christmas party.
